Yeah theres been alpha and beta builds of skript for 1.13+ for 3 months now.
The builds are in the same place as the rest of Skripts builds

There hasn't been anything in a while since Tuske still technically works on 1.13.2
Pikachu basically only batches in when the plugin won't actually LOAD on the current Skript version.
Since the latest updates, it loads, so really no need to update.
I don't think he actually plans on fixing things within the addon
