Unfortunately there is not, that being said if you do download holographic displays plugin you could create a skript using commands from holographic displays.

Also that's pretty much what Hologram plugins do: spawn invisible armor stands with names. The difference is that you just have to track/manage those armor stands on your own if you're not going to use such a plugin, which isn't too bad a circumstance.
