But i want to execute the command on air , not on blocks

Oh, just use:

on rightclick:
    if player's held item is a compass:
        something

Orrrrrrr just put everything in the same line

on rightclick with compass:
    world is "LobbyMap":
        make player execute command "/gamemenu"

Also try to use "make player execute command" instead of "execute player command"
