Why don't this skript work?

Title says it all.
The skript:

on command "/staffmode":
    if player has permission "mod":
        if {scoreboard} is 0:
            make console execute command "/fb show %player% staffmode -s"
        if {scoreboard} is 1:
            make console execute command "/fb show %player% default -s"
       
on join:
    set {staffmode} to 0
   
on quit:
    set {staffmode} to 0

Which portion doesn't work? Error's on reload/console? Use the help format to provide all the needed information so people can try and help

Either your scoreboard variable condition or permission condition are incorrect/not set properly.
