I'm using that fork but I can't set nbt tags.
Could you give an example of an item with nbt tag? It is the first time I use SkStuff

You can't set tags but add them to the current entity's nbt. Here is an example:

set {_item} to water bottle
add "{potion:fire_resistance}" to {_item}
