As of right now, signatures are reserved for Regulars, Supporters, Addon Developers and staff members.

Oh okay cool, are signatures a one time change? Either way I'll try to support soon, I've always wanted to contribute in someway Thanks for working so hard on keeping skUnity an awesome community.

No, if you have the permission, you can change your signature as many times as you want.
